An early morning crash on Auckland’s southern motorway is causing early morning headaches for motorists.
Police said drivers should expect delays after a two-car crash on the southern motorway near Takanini, on Thursday morning.
The crash was reported to police at around 6:17am and is currently blocking two northbound lanes.
“At this stage, there doesn’t appear to be any serious injuries reported however traffic is building quickly,” a police spokesperson said.
“Motorists are advised to delay travel or avoid the area if possible.”
