President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Friday it was vital there was no delay in delivering weapons to help Ukraine fight Russia and that while the West was negotiating tanks supplies, the Kremlin was thinking of ways to “strangle” Moldova.
“Delay has always been and still is a mistake,” the Ukrainian leader said by video link in an address to the first day of the annual Munich Security Conference.
