A child has been injured at a block of flats in Auckland early on Friday morning.
Police were called to the address on Carrington Road in Mt Albert at 1:18am to assist St John Ambulance staff,
“A child at the address has been transported to hospital by St John,” a police spokesperson said.
Hato Hone St John said the child was transported to Auckland Hospital in a serious condition.
It’s unclear how the child was injured.
