The Parole Board says Paul Dally, who raped and murdered schoolgirl Karla Cardno, remains an undue risk and will not yet be released.
At a hearing today, Dally didn’t seek parole and the board said without reintegrative plans he’s still a risk.
In 1989, Dally abducted, raped and killed Taita girl Karla Cardno.
The Parole Board discussed Dally’s health issues, the details of which have been withheld.
He’ll next be seen by the board in December.
