Incoming Prime Minister Christopher Luxon is speaking to the media in Hamilton.
It is the first time the National Party leader is speaking in public since his potential coalition partner, Winston Peters, was widely criticised for falsely claiming then-Prime Minister Dame Jacinda Ardern concealed her office received an email from the Christchurch terrorist before the attack.
